A virtual project of a building composed from separate elements contains a 3D design but especially properties of the given facility. In the case of light fittings, it can be color, dimensions, weight, used material, energy class, light power, energy input, connection method etc. This information clearly defines particular parts and materials, and provides, thus, lucidity for an investor and separate suppliers of the construction.
