FUTURA HE ABS

(Ingress Protection: IP66) Code for protection level against dust, solid items and water.
LED light fitting.
Light fitting with 5-year warranty. It does not cover light fittings fitted with emergency module (2 years) and batteries (6 months).
The colour rendering index determines the colour sensation accuracy at other than daily lighting.
The chromaticity temperature determines the colour spectrum of the light (it is given in Kelvin - 4000 K).
During the stated operation life and under observance of the specified operating conditions, less than 10% (B10) chips won´t experience defaults and the total luminous flux of the light fitting will not drop under 90% (L90).
Nominal maximum temperature of environment 45 °C.
Nominal minimum temperature of environment -25 °C.
Electric equipment: with digital dimmable driver DALI.
Fire and ignition resistance at test by hot loop heated to 650 °C. AC - cover made of acrylate.
Class 1 light fitting - basic insulation, plus terminal for guard wire.
Light fitting external surface warming.
1 phase through-wiring connection.
3 phase through-wiring connection.
Electric equipment: for emergency illumination with own independent source.
Conformity mark documenting conformity verification of product with all EU harmonising provisions.
Light fittings meet photobiological safety requirements in accordance with the CSN EN 62471:2009 standard. Suitable for use in areas with persons sensitive to UV radiation & the blue visible spectrum (daylight).
Declaration of conformity with legal norms for food industry.

Plastic industrial LED light fitting with high chemical resistance, with diffuser made of translucent acrylat, with high efficiency and sulfur-resistant chips.

The light fitting is suitable for the environment where ammoniac fumes, lixiviants, alkaline compounds and hot water (hydrolyses) can be present. We recommend this light fitting for agricultural operations, stables, car washing lines, warehouses, mechanical workshops and laboratories without a danger of explosion of gas, dust and combustible fumes.

The light fitting is resistant to dust, moisture and spouting water. The body made of ABS and the diffuser made of AC have increased chemical resistance.

It is necessary to consider exhalation in the air which can reduce the usability of the plastic and aluminium at installations in an aggressive environment.

Always open the cover of the light fitting out of an environment with aggressive volatile substances.

Materials / finishes

  • Diffuser: translucent acrylate (AC), UV stable, chemically resistant
  • Body: dark grey ABS with Al coolers (ABS Al), UV stable, chemically resistant
  • Reflector: steel sheet, white colour (RAL 9003)
  • Clips: polyamide + 15 % glass fibre or stainless steel + polyamide
  • Sealing: polyurethane (PUR), foamed body groove
  • Cable glands: screwed PG 13,5
  • Distance part: polyamide + 10 % glass fibre
  • Terminal block: screwless, three-pole (basic version)

Attachment method

  • Attachment with the use of side hangers to the wall
  • Directly to a ceiling or a wall with the use of screws and stainless brackets
