TREVOS Technology and Warehouse Centre was ceremonially opened
The Centre includes foreign and national trade offices, a technology centre with laboratories, but it will be primarily used as a warehouse.
The need to build the Technology and Warehouse Centre resulted from the rapid development of LED technologies in which the company intends to further invest in the oncoming years. The turnover of LED light fittings constitutes 40 % of the total yearly turnover of Trevos now already, and their share is expected to keep growing.
The construction of the Technology and Warehouse Centre with a size of 78 x 40 metres (the total built up area being 3 250 m2) started in June 2015. The earthwork had to be interrupted for a month because historical items were found in their course and archaeologists took over the building site. The final inspection took place this August. The building will be put into operation after the opening ceremony.
